Project managed new web site launch to support and further develop new brand. The project was commissioned to make a major step change to the platform operational behaviour and reposition Truphone as a global network provider. The role involved commissioning an external agency (LBi) and ensure internal technical and logistic operations where coordinated to hit project launch date.
